If the work has not been started and the deadline has already passed, I`ll issue a refund

Refunds will not be issued if the client cancels the commission for personal reasons that are not related to the quality or the timeframe of the work.

Examples:

— “I changed my mind, I no longer want the artwork.”

— “I found another artist who is cheaper.” and etc.

You are fully responsible for your financial decisions when making a purchase

I reserve the right to block you in case of a return for the purpose of deception.

The average turnaround time for a YCHs/commission is around 2 months

Work on the commission will only begin after payment has been received

Payment is expected within 1-2 days of claiming a slot;

If payment is not received within this period, the commission will be canceled and the slot may be reopened

The deadline will start from the date the payment is received

Due to health-related reasons, updates may take longer, and I kindly ask for your patience. I’ll share any updates by the deadline. Please refrain from checking in before then, as I’ll make sure to send everything on time

If the status of your order hasn’t changed, the work has not started yet, so there are no updates

You can always check the progress of your artwork on my Trello.

All rights to the artwork I create belong to me as the artist

You receive the right to personal, non-commercial use (for example, for avatars, social media posts, etc.)

You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes (reselling, advertising, NFTs, etc.) without my written consent and discussion of an additional fee

I’ll send the WIP at the flat color stage for YCH, at the sketch and flat color stage for commissions

After the artwork is finished, I don't make revisions!

Please let me know of any changes (not ruining the concept of art) in advance!

3 revisions are free; further revisions will be charged based on complexity (starting at $5)

Any mistakes made by me (e.g., wrong colors, hair drawn incorrectly, etc.) will be fixed for free.

For private commissions: if you claimed a YCH/Commission, then you agree that I’ll post it in my portfolio. For private art, an additional 50% of the price (does not apply to multi-slot YCHs).

Priority commission: if you require a commission to be completed ahead of the standard queue (within one week), an additional fee of 50% of the base price will apply.

Please refrain from commenting on or negotiating my prices. If my rates are outside your budget, I completely understand, but I kindly ask that you respect my pricing.

I reserve the right to update my Terms of Service as needed

When you purchase art from me, it means you’ve read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

- I only work on full prepayment

- Payment plans are not accepted

- Please claim only if you are sure that you will be able to pay

- Please be certain you are ready to commission before making a payment

If the payment was accidentally processed twice, a refund is possible. However, please note that the refunded amount may be less than the full sum, as the platform will still deduct its service fees (about 16%);

In some cases, a payment may not go through. One way to resolve this is to contact your bank and ask them to authorize the payment;

Your bank card must have 3D-Secure enabled for international payments;

Payments with US military cards are not supported;
